Doily Love *Marvelous Magnolia DT*

Blogger did not want to cooperate, so this post was published
way early, even if I had it planned, and I had not written anything either.
Well, here it is, all done. ;)

This is my DT post for Marvelous Magnolias Midway reminder
off our current challenge where we want to see doilies!
I have gotten myslelf some gorgeous doilies on ebay,
and finally I have square doilies too. ;)

The papers I have used are from Maja Design, just cant get enough
of those! Love the pinstriped ones so much. :)
Both of the ribbons and the heart bling I got at Ribbon Girl.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and Papirdesign.
I made a bow out of cloth from Ribbon Girl.
The flowers was dabbet with white acrylic paint,
I cant seem to not do that. Perhaps an intervention is in order?

The key is from Tim Holtz, with a piece of left over ribbon on it.

This Magnolia image was colored with Distress Reinkers,
and I added Chalkboard Glimmer Mist and some Liquid Pearl,
as always.

You are a possibility!

Today I made a bag-card intended for Confirmation.

The papers are from Maja Design, the "Skärgårdsliv"-series.
I also used a doily, a stunning lace from Ribbon Girl
(I love that lace so much!!),
and a pearl string.

All the stamps are from Kort og Godt. This one translates into

"The World is full of
Possibilities
Remember
         you
are one of them

I think that is quite suitable for confirmation. :)
I added some star dies from Memory Box,
and Liquid Pearl.

The heart charm, string and ribbon are from Ribbon Girl,
and the big pearl charm are from Tim Holtz.

Love these bling thingies, I got them for Christmas!
(Thank you so much, Elaine!!)

This is the inside of the card,
The chandelier (and the sentiment on the front) are new,
and I love it so much!
You can see I used my Martha Stewart Puncher,
even if it is broken and there is a hole missing in the pattern...

Challenges:
(Charms - Doilies - Tekst)

A big thank you to all who wisit me and leave me comments,
it makes me so happy!

Hugs xx

Spring Green Edwin *Marvelous Magnolia DT*

This week at Marvelous Magnolia our challenge is "add some green".
I am sure a lot of you have a little green in your cards
these days, so come join us!

We have had some spring weather already,
in north of Norway we usually are buried in snow this
time of year, March is actually the worst snow month.
This year, we hardly had any, and we have had some lovely
weather too. The last week, however, one storm took over
where the other one left of. I am sitting in my living room
and the walls are shaking and the rain is poring down.
Dont worry, it is quite normal for us, but is it just
so tiering when I want to go outside for a hike and
get some air and sun.

So that is my inspiration for my card,
I am so looking forward to nice weather and the real springtime!

I used papers from Pion and Maja, if I am not mistaken.

I colored Edwin up with my distress Reinkers.

The flowers I have are from Wild Orchid Crafts,
and some I believe are from Ribbon Girl, where I also got my ribbons.
I used a flourish die, lace and cheese cloth.
