Fairy tale Tilda box

Today was my sisters confirmation.

It was very lovely, and cosey.

I actually had to get up early to finish her gift, because I lost

a lot of scrap time this week because Sofie was sick for a few days,

so any time I had to myself went into studying for my exsam.

The images are all a bit crocked, I usually fix that with photoshop,

but I dont have it on this computer.

At least the colors are okey.

I took the images with my new iPhone (gift from my man),

my old phone was falling apart.

This box is a part of a gift set for my sister,

its three pieces in total.

You can see the other ones later. ;)

This box has sides that is 5x5 inches.

I made the template myself.

It was really not supposed to be this big,

but I only had one die that fit all the stamps I wantet to use,

so big it became. I wanted it to be really girlie and pink,

with lots and lots of flowers and details.
The images was all chosen carefully,
I was going for something like a fairy tale,
or playing dress up or something.

I used papers from Maja design, I really love them!

Need to buy some more soon...

The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts,

except for the big one on the lid,and a smaller one on the lid,

its from Prima. I also used a few from Petaloo.

I used some lace from Ribbon Girl (I think?),

and some seem binding ribbon from WOC.

I used my Martha Stewart butterfly punch,

the rest of my bling,

Star Dust Stickles,

and some kind of crystals, they hardly show on the images though.

The images are all from Magnolia, of course.

They are all painted with Distress Reinkers,

I used a looot of Victorian Velvet. ;)

On every side there is a doily.

It almost broke my heart covering up that gorgeous paper,

the box really was stunning before I started to add the stuff,

but the plans was made and the images was done.

I think I have to buy the paper and make more boxes with it,

it was really perfect for that!

Can you see the crystals here? To the right, there are two.

On this set I used a little bling heart on each of the creations,

you can see it right on the bottom here.

I also love that pearl brad.

And here you can see one of the crystals quite clear,

I think.

Thats a whole lot of images!

It took a few hours to make that box,

and a few miscalculations,

I always do mistakes when I cut the papers and fold etc.

You know that feeling when you miscut your last paper and

totally ruined it, and its too small to fix?

Sometimes I have to work hard not to

beat myself in the head with my cutting board. ;)

Edward Easel Card

I spent the money I made so far selling my cards and ordered
some new papers. Needed some papers suited for boys and mens card,
and gosh, I really love these new papers from Maja design!
I also got a new die, more stickles, a set of new sentiment stamps,
and papers to make a gift set
for my sisters confirmation next weekend.

All the papers are from Maja Design.
Again, I really love them!
Every side of the card is covered, and inside there is a pocket for money.

Edward is from The Greeting Farm.
I colored him with my Distress Reinkers.
The sentiment says something like "on your confirmation day",
and it is from Kort og Godt.
I used some pearls here and there, now I am all out of pearls!

I got this new star tag die from Magnolia, I have been wanting
it for some time now. :) The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts.
I used a strip of lace, and a lovely swirl die that I got for my birthday

from my sweet friend Elaine.
I also used a bit of twine (WOC), and a bling charm.
The letters are from My Little Shoebox,
I covered them with Crackle Accents to make them stick,

and embellished with a bit of Liquid Pearl.

More Confirmation

So first we moved, and was without internet.
Then I broke my laptop when my daughter fell of the couch
and hit her head really hard on the floor (she`s fine now, just got
a big lump on her head), and as I tried to grab her my laptop fell to the
floor, and the screen broke. I don`t think I am supposed to have
things that cost money, I am the biggest klutz ever.

Yesterday I finally set up my scrap desk.
My hubby works at the local food store and sells my cards
there, and people have been asking a lot for boys cards.
Seems there are only boys in this place.
Typical, since I love so much to make girls cards.

Also, I was challenged to make a really masculine card and use paint
at a scrap forum, so this is my card for that.
Dont know if its REALLY masculine,
but its tougher than what I usually make. ;)

The papers are from Pion and Maja Design.
I used masking tape and acrylic paint on the background.
The frame and film strip is from Tim Holtz,
and I used a piece of grey lace, a chain, and some string.
The image is from Pretty Vintage.

Purple Confirmation Tilda CLP Challenge

At the end of April we moved to a new (old!) house,

about a kilometer away from where we used to live.

When I am writing this I am in the middle of boxes,

its just a huge horrible mess. I really hate moving...

We are also going to be without internet for a few days,

oh the HORROR! I`ll be back commenting and posting as soon

as possible though. I just need a new scrap desk,

I have been using an old kitchen table, and we will need to use it

to eat off when we move.

Anyways...

Here is my card for the May sketch at CLP challenge!

Its a beautiful sketch I think.

It is another confirmation card.

I used papers from Maja Design, Pion and Inkido.

I also used lace, some swirl dies, and a doily.

On the inside I made a pocket for money,

and I could not help myself, I had to embellish a little,

even if that makes the card a bit uneven.

The flowers are from Prima, Wild Orchid Crafts,

and Petaloo.

I used my Martha Stewart puncher to make these butterflies.

The charms was a gift from a dear sweet friend.

The letters are from My Little Shoebox.

Tilda Confirmation Easel Card

Yesterday I sat down and was going to make my card for CLP,
but as I started making it I decidet that the sketch (gorgeous as it was)

didnt fit what I had in mind. And you know, when you have an
idéa you like, you`ve got to go with it.

So I made this easel card,
a girl confirmation card.

I have used papers from Inkido, Magnolia and Pion.

The letters are My Little Shoebox.
I have used some lace from Wild Orchid Crafts.

I have used roses from Papirgleder and Wild Orchid Crafts.
I think I`m gonna have to make another order of flowers soon,
I need more of those light light soft pastell pink ones.

Here is a pocket to put money in.

The large flower is from Prima,
I have been drooling over these for a while.
I have also used some pearls,
and can you see the crystal beads?
The ribbon is from WOC,
and I have used a tiny feather and
a brad from Making Memories.

More roses, pearls and crystal beads.

Tilda was colored with Distress Inks.
I love this one, but I only have this one print,
I got it from my sweet friend Bonnie. :)
I was quite happy with the coloring this time, too.
The flourishes around the edge is a Magnolia corner stamp.

Edwin Confirmation Card

First, I want to share with you some news!
I am proud and honored to say that I was asked to join
the most amazing design team I know,
at CLP Challenge!
It is a monthly sketch challenge blog,
wich is perfect for me. I almost cant scrap
without a sketch anymore,
and Chelsea`s sketches are simply stunning!

I am looking foreward to getting started
for real, and getting to know the rest of the team.

This is my first contirmation card of the season.

I plan to make a few more, some without images as well,

to sell at the store my hubby works at.

These colors are a bit new for me,

but I think they worked out well?

I`we gotten some new papers,

even though I kind of ould not afford it,

I ordered a little pacage of papers.

I was all out of white cardstock,

so I had to fill up! Cant imagie being without!

The papers are from Inkido and Maja Design,

and I used some bling and a bit of lace.

I love this frame, I think it is from Melissa Frances.

The letters got a bit squeesed, but I dont have a confirmation-stamp yet.

The flowers are from Prima, Papirloftet and Wild Orchid Crafts.

The key is from Tim Holtz,

I think it was quite fitting for a confirmation.

The film strip is altso TH.

The beautiful pins was from my friend

and now team-mate Bonnie. :)

Edwin was colored with my Distress Inks.

I tried a new green color that I got in my Christmas Calendar.

Followers Candy

Today I have a little bit of candy for my followers.

This blog is such a positive thing in my life,

its so nice to come here and read the lovely comments,

to be inspired and maybe inspire someone else?

I have been at it over two years now,

guess time flies when you`re having fun.

Just so I`m being clear:

The candy is things I have lying around my scrap desk.

That means that the products in the bottles have been taken a bit of,

but I dont use them, and hope someone else will.

Otherwise the candy is a mixture of stuff I have won and cant seem to use,

and some stuff I simply want to give away because I think it is so lovely.

Like the Prima-flowers, its gorgeous, right?

So what you have to do is:

Magic Tilda Criss Cross

Today I have another card for you,

I made a criss cross card using Wizard Tilda.

This is for a very special lady,

she will get it in the mail some time this summer. ;)

I feel it might be a bit naked card to make for me,

but I really could fint no place for more embellishments,

didnt want to cover everything up this time,
so I did it a little different than my usual overloaded style.

All the papers are from Poppydesign,

I just love them!

The banner and clouds are cut out from left over paper.

On the banner I used letters from My Little Shoebox.

I cut them a bit to make them smaller,

and then I covered the banner with Crackle Accents.

The lace and twine is from Wild Orchid Crafts.

The flowers and ribbon are from WOC.

I love that diamond, I got a whole bag of them from some sweet

girl at a forum, and that is also how I got the keys.

I painted them with acrylic paint, and covered them with Star Dust Stickles.

Tilda from Magnolia was colored with Distress Reinkers.

I am getting a bit tired of the colors, so I almost always use lots of layers,

often with different colors, to get a neew look.

Her clothes are Victorian Velvet, Wethered Wood and Black Soot.

The dress is Wethered Wood and Black Soot.

I hate her hair, totally messed it up.

Why can I never make light hair?

It really bugs me. :p

Helle`s easter egg

Here is the last little bit of easter for this year.

This one was made by my 14 year old sister.

She was a little bit more gutsy, and together we figured out

how to decorate the egg.

The flowers are from Prima and Wild Orchid Crafts.

I have used bling from Prima, and butterflies from my Martha Stewart

puncher. They got some Diamond Stickles.

The lace is from WOC, and the pearl string is from Kutt Ut.

We used some cardboard, and a piece of paper from an old book.

Now its back to dieting, working out and STUDYING!

Tilda in Vintage Spring

It has been a long time since I made a card now,

but today I finally got my groove back,

and made this in record time.

Usually, when I color an image and make the card,

I use about 4 hours. This was done in a little over two.

I have to appologise for the images,

I dont have Photoshop available at this moment,

so all I could do was crop them, using paint.

Usually I adjust the contrast too, so it looks more like the

real deal, but at least now I have proper light.

Love that spring is closing up,

but we are still buried in snow up here.

The papers are from My Minds Eye.

I have used some Quick Kuts dies,

a Magnolia Doohickey tag, and my Martha Stewart butterfly punch.

This adorable Tilda was colored with Distress Inks.

I used a bit of stickles on her clothes.

The round doily in the back is vintage.

The flowers are Prima and Wild Orchid Crafts.

The creme touille-ribbon is also prima, and so is the pebble.

The beautiful feather was a present.

The other ribbons are from Ribbon Girl.

The letter is from a Prima alphabet.

Sillja`s easter egg

This one my 11 year old sister made.

That means that I made suggestions

and she nodded. I tryed to get her to do something

herself, but I dont think she dared. :p

She did little things herself, like putting on some

blings and making the bow and putting on flowers

where we agreed they where going after I put glue on them.

Still nice though. ;)

There is a lot of Prima here. Two flowers, a pebble, the bling,

the letters and the paper. The other flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

We also used a feather, some string,

a bird-charm and a tag.

I love this cute lacey doily,

and the yellow Prima-flower.

Easter egg

Yes, I have joined the wave.
I did buy some eggs last year to scrap,
but never got around to it.

This weekend I have had my two sisters visiting,
they are 14 and 11, and we usually scrap a bit
when they come. We also ate a LOT of cake and candy,
and had a Twilight marathon.

They both got to make their own egg
(meaning I made it with them),
and I also made one for our little brother.
He turns 5 tomorrow, actually.
He really is in a phase where he likes pink,
so I tryed to make the egg colorful enough to use
a bit of pink without overdoing it.

I used a piece of paper from an old book,
and the letters are from American Krafts.

The flowers are a mixture of Prima, Wild Orchid Crafts,
Papirloftet and Storyteller. The butterflies are Martha Stewart punches,
and the bling is from Prima.

I used a Magnolia die and a bit of twine from WOC.

The whole egg got a little mist of Glimmer, Chalkboard.

Wizard Tilda

Like I told you; I just had to have her!
My love for Magnolia`s and fantasy/Potter combined. ^^

The papers I have used are from Maja Design, I love those purple papers.
Have been holding on to them for a while, saving...
I used a pink tag that I distressed a bit, and my last two hat pins
from Whild Orchid Crafts. The swirl is from Prima,
and the tuille is from Kutt Ut.
The lace is from Ribbon Girl, I think,
and I used a big doily from Panduro. I colored it with some
purple mist and grey/silver Glimmer Mist.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, the pink ones I cut from a
flower-ribbon. The flat pink one I think is from Prima, and the white
one I have no idea, thing I got it in a candy a long time ago.
I used stickers from My Little Shoebox, and covered them with Crackle Accents.
The frame is from Tim Holtz, I painted it with Acrylic Paint.
I also used a white feather from Panduro.

I inked Tilda up with my Distress Ink.
My God, I really hate that Black Soot. I keep trying to color with it,
but it always ends up grey, and that perticular ink just does not behave
the same way the others do. Trying to get some shades in
and keeping the color blended is impossible!
But I really wanted to try to get her in a black robe,
just like on Harry Potter.
I used Diamond Stickles and Liquid Pearl.

Fairy Sofie

Scrapping is such a handy hobby!

This friday my daughters kindergarden had the annual carnival,

where all the kids dress up as something.

Normally the carnival is in February, but it was postponed

this year, and I did not think too look for a costume earlyer.

So on thursday when I went looking, there was nothing to find.

I was preparing to buy a little pirate-stuff, and just put together

a striped sweather and rip up an old pair of pants and tie a scarf

on her head to make a sweet little pirat,

when a nice lady at a store opened the box of costumes she

was getting ready to ship back.

I found this adorable angel-costume,

it was a dress and a set of wings. The dress was way to small,

but it was very elastic, so here is what I did:

I cut the skirt right off, so it became this adorable tutu instead.

I used my scrap stuff to create a magic wand out of a wooden star

and a set of chopsticks, pearl ribbon, pink pearls and a piece of tuille,

a rose and a silver bell to get a magic sound.

The star was painted white and covered in white glitter,

then I used hairspray to make it stay on.

The fabric I cut of the dress was used to cover this "not so pretty"

headband that Sofie got for her birthday. I decoratet with lace, pearl ribbon and some

fabrik flowers cut from a flower-ribbon, and a round flower I made myself,

with some pink pearls for detail, to match the wand.

Combined with a pink onesie and panty hose,

and some sparkle in her cheeks, she was ready to go.

I think she looks soooo adorable,

just have to brag a little. :) <3

Fairy Garden

I`m sorry about the terrible pictures,
but I made this card for the LOTV challenge,
and I had to post now, but I had lost the light when the card
was done. I`m SO looking foreward to summer, then it will always
be light when I need to take pictures of my cards.

The papers are from Pion Design.
I distresset the edges a bit with Vintage Photo.
I used my spellbinders, a doily, and a LOT of pearls.
Peachy pink is not a color I use much, so I did my best
to use a lot of the stuff I had lying around now.

The flowers are a mixture of Wild Orchid Crafts and Prima,
and I have used the last of my peach colored berries from Kort og Godt.
One pin is from WOC, the other I got from a sweet friend of mine.

The lace is from WOC, and the sentiment is from Papirloftet.

I inked this super sweet Lili of the Valley Fairy up with my Distress Inks,
it was not easy getting the colors I wanted.
I also used a bit of Star Dust Stickles,
and White Opal Liquid Pearl.

Butterfly Spring

Finally, a new card!
I had one almost done, but I was not at all happy, so I started again
and used the image on this one instead.

The papers are from Poppydesign. I love them so much,
have been saving, but I have decided to start using all my best papers,
so I can buy new ones later on. ;)

It may not show, but here I have a bow of seem binding ribbon.
I have used a mix of flowers from Papirloftet, Wild Orchid Crafts, Prima
and Kort og Godt. The bling swirl is from Prima, and
the brad is from Making Memories,

I have used a piece of cardboard swirl, painted and stickled it up.
The butterflies are from Martha Stewart, I have used bling from
Kaizers Kraft and Diamond Stickles on them.
The pin is a gift from my dear friend Bonnie,
and I think I got the pearls from another sweet friend.

The ribbon is from Kutt Ut, and the buttons are vintage, except for
the pink one, witch is from The Ribbon Girl.
The lace was a gift, brand new. I used a piece of cardboard,
and the sentiment says "concratulations", its from Papirloftet.

Tilda is colored with Distress Inks, and I have used Stickles and Liquid Pearl.
The flourishes around the edges is another Magnolia stamp.

Pink, white and orange GDT MDUC

Ah, Magnolia!
Have you guys seen the new images?
I had a look yesterday, and I thought the new stamps would
annoy me, because it bugs me how every child is called
prince or princess these days, and there are kids
furniture with crowns on it, etc. Its just too much.
My child is not royal.
But, the Magnolias had a lot of supercute images,
at least one of them I REALLY want:

I looooove the Harry Potter series,

I have been reading the books for about 13 years.

So this image is a MUST have, eaven though I really shouldnt

spend any more money on scrapping. I`m doing a shop-stop.

But I guess I`ll make an exception for this special one. ;)

Now for my card.

This is my fourth and final card as guest designer for
Magnolia Down Under Challenges.
I had to much fun, and it was nice to have a reason to
make a minimum of cards even if I didnt have the time
or mojo to do it.

This week the challenge is to use the colors
Pink, white and orange.

This time I used only one layer of paper (whaat?).

It is the sweet bunny-paper from Magnolia.

I have used flowers from Prima,

Petaloo and Wild Orchid Crafts.

I think the berries are from Kort og Godt,

and the pearl is from Kutt Ut.

I have used cheese cloth, my very last piece,

and a heart doily.

The buttons are from Basic Grey.

I think the hearts are from Panduro. They were red,

so I used some acrylic paint and Stickles on them.

The bling-thing in the flower is from Prima.

Notice the diamond pins!

The sentiment is from Magnolia. I love it,

but I`m horrible at using stamped sentiments,

I just cant seem to find the right plase to put it, and it

never fits with the other embellishments.

Must practise more at that.

The swirl I cant remember where its from,

but its also painted and Stickle`d up,

like the rest of the card.

I chose to get this Tilda with my price certificate after winning

at the MDUC, and this is the first time I have used it.

Love her, she is a beauty!

I colored her with my Distress Inks,

and stamped with a Magnolia-stamp around the edges.

I swiped some acrylic paint on the image too.

This week at Magnolia Down Under Challenges they have

a wonderful sketch for us. I made a round card,

and as always I used so many flowers and embellishments

that you can hardly see the papers or what sketch I used.

I do love to decorate. ;)

with Tim Holtz edge scraper.

The doily is from Panduro.

I love these bling-thingies, they are from Prima.

I used some lace from WOC too.

and pins from WOC.

I used a piece of Prima Cardboard as a tag,

and the end piece is sticking out here.

Sixteen - MDUC GDT

This is my second card as Guest Designer for Magnolia Down Under Challenges.

This week, we want to see cards with one word sentiments.

My card is for my hubbys brother, who turns sixteen the day after

my daughters birthday. He babysit her a lot,

and is really a great boy. It was a perfect chanse for me to work

on my boy cards.

The papers I have used are from Magnolia.

I also used most of my last cheese cloth,

some pompoms, lace, ribbon and twine.

The bling swirl is from Prima.

It does not show,

but under the bow there are two charms

of a football and a football-shoe,

I paintet those white too.

I also used a little die for those leafy flourishes,

I cant remember where it is from.

The letters are from Prima and American Crafts,

I dabbed them with white acrylic paint, and used stickles on them,

and a bit of Distress, to make them stand out.

The film strip is from Tim Holtz, it fits perfectly on a card for this boy,

he loves making movies.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

I used my Martha Stewart snow flake punch,

and the brad is from Papirloftet.

I also added a doily, some pins,

and a snow flake chipboard.

I colored this Edwin with my Distress inks.

I have been very busy with school and such,
so it has been a bit quiet from me lately,
but I have som more cards on the way,

Lots of Love GDT MDUC

I was asked a little while ago if I wantet to be a guest designer for

Magnolia Down Under Challenges in February.

I think maybe it was a pity-offer because of some bad luck I had

with contacting them after winning a challenge,

but I`m very honored, and happily accepted. :)

The challenge this week is titled "Love is in the air".

I made this card for a friend of mine, she has been sick

and in a lot of pain, and at the time the doctors still hadnt figured out

what was wrong with her. Its scary, cus its something in the brain,

that made her face hurt. So I figured she could use a little love.

The papers are from Magnolia. I have been wanting to do something

colorful and bright like this for a while. I dont know if this ended up

just how I wantet it, but I`ll try again. ;)

The tag comes out like this,

I have decorated it with cut out fans from Poppy design,

and seem binding ribbon from WOC and ribbon from Kutt Ut.

The pearls I got in my calendar.

The flowers are a mix of Prima, Petaloo and Wild Orchid Crafts.

I have used some flower-ribbon from Bikuben, and large pearls.

The tag is Magnolia, and I used twine from WOC, and a charm.

The heart doily i also got in my calendar.

Oh the horror of my handwrighting, I just hate it,

but nothing else fitted the card and the frame.

The frame is from Tim Holtz, I just love it.

The metal did not fit here, so I painted it. First with Crackle paint,

wethered wood, but it wasnt right either, and the paint

just came right off. Then I dabbed it in acrylic paint.

I used Crackle Accents to make the letters stick,

and give it back the crackled look.

The letters are from Cosmo Cricket, I think.

I have used Magnolia swirl dies, cheese cloth,

and a left over piece of pink bling.

Tilda is colored with Distress Inks. Woops,

look at that. Now as I am making this post, I see that I forgot

a little something in her hair. I`ll have to fix that before sending it.

I have used a bit of Stickles and Liquid Pearl.

Pink Mermaid

This is a card for my daughter, she turns three in February.

Yes, I`m early, but I need someone to make theese girlie cards to.

I think I need to have my family make more girls.

I have four brothers, and my hubby has three brothers,

and I really love to make cards like this. Boys/men`s card

I still need to work at.

I have used papers from Magnolia and Inkido.

They are all really cute, so I`m sorry you cant see anything of them

other than that they are pink. I just cant help myself when

I get going with the flowers and stuff...

I also used almost all of my cheese cloth, I just have a few

little pieces left. Need more!

I had this idea, I`m not quite sure it works,

but I had to try, so I put the letters for her name in between

the flowers on the ribbon. The letters are from American Crafts,

they were pink and sparkling, very cute, but they didnt quite fit,

so I dabbed them with acrylic paint, and then added Stickles.

I think the ribbon are from Melissa Design,

and the bling you can see are from Prima.

This chipboard swirl I cant remember the maker of,

but it got the same treatment as the letters.

The little heart pendant I got from my friend Elaine,

and the pompoms I got from another friend, Eva Marie.

In fact, I got quite a lot of the stuff I have used on this card, from her,

it was in my advent calendar.

These lovely pins were a gift from yet another friend, Bonnie.

The heart doily was in my calendar so I dont know where that is from either.

The flowers are a mix of Wild Orchid Crafts, Storyteller,

Kort og Godt and Prima.

Finally I think I got this Tilda right. I have used her a few times,

but this is the first time I am really pleased with how she turned out.

Her hair is sooo trickey!

I painted her with my Distress Inks, and I added Stickles

and Liquid Pearl. The number three I got from Crafts for You,

I won a certificate there a while ago, and I just had to get it

just to use on Sofie`s card. Love it. :)

This key is from Tim Holtz. This got the same treatment as the

swirl and letters, with paint and stickles.

I used ribbons from Kutt Ut, I think.

Bee Tilda Bookmark

Jeg trodde kanskje ikke at blogging var noe særlig
sosialt, men jeg har vært heldig og fått mange gode venner
gjennom bloggene, og selvsagt også scrappeforum.
I helga fikk jeg bursdagskort og gave fra søte Elaine,
som lager leekre kort i en helt unik stil, og hun fargelegger
helt magisk. Bare det å ha et kort fra henne i "samlingen"
er jo helt herlig, men hun puttet oppi flere stempel
annet nydelig stæsj også. Tusen takk igjen, Elaine!
Under her kan dere se masse av tingene jeg har fått
fra Elaine i bruk, for jeg vant en candy hos henne også.

Det jeg har laget her er et bokmerke som er til
en dame i klassen min. Hun sa hun ville ha rosa,
så jeg håper det ble bra. Antakelig ikke et bokmerke
til å drasse på skolen i sekken og sånt, men det funker vel
på nattbordet. Mitt første bokmerke ja. ;)

Jeg har brukt Distress Kartong i fargen Victorian Velvet,
samt Bazzil Vanilla. Arket er MME, det har mønster som
sånne bikuber har, så da jeg fant det i bunken måtte jeg bare bruke det
til dette motivet. Men see, i dag har jeg ikke svertet kanter i det hele tatt!

Sjekk de lekre små anhengene da! Jeg fikk en pose med masse
slike av Elaine. Jeg elsker dem!
Jeg har her brukt seem binding ribbon og twine fra WOC,
bringebærrødt blondebånd fra Kutt Ut, og rosa tyllbånd.
Midt på sløyfen sitter en liten halvperle-bling-ting
fra Prima. Jeg MÅTTE bare ha dem. :)

Tilda er malt med Distress Reinkere. Jeg må visst øve
enda mer på skyggelegging med black soot, jeg syns det blir så kraftig at det
tar over hele motivet, men samtidig liker jeg litt stilen jeg får da.
På vingene har jeg brukt Star Dust Stickles,
og jeg har brukt Liquid Pearl rundt motivet.
Hele kortet har blitt mistet med masse Glimmer Mist.

Dette kortet lagde jeg faktisk i november, men jeg gjorde meg aldri ferdig.

Det ble liksom ikke slik jeg ville, og da det var tid for å pynte så klarte

jeg bare ikke å hente inspirasjon. Ulikt meg kanskje. ;)

Jeg fikk ikke noe til å passe, så det ble liggende, og jeg vurderte

faktisk et par ganger om jeg bare skulle si at det var ferdig, og "ok" liksom.

Men i går fikk jeg endelig ånden over meg, og bare tok kortet

med til scrappepulten. Det ble kanskje overpyntet til å være guttekort,

men det er nå en gang slik stilen min er.

Det var slik jeg kom over frykten min for guttekort,

jeg fant ut at gutter får heller bare tåle litt blomster og stæsj,

så lenge jeg holder fargene litt guttete. ;)

Alle blomstene er såvidt jeg vet fra WOC, i tillegg til blondene,

stamensene, krystallstenglene og twine-en.

Perlebradsene er fra Kort og Godt, de fikk jeg i kalenderen min.

Jeg har også brukt et par andre brads på dette kortet,

jeg tror begge er fra Papirloftet.
Swirlene er Magnolia dies.

Charmen er fra Kutt ut, og jeg tror kakeservietten også er derfra.

Tagen fikk jeg av kjære Bonnie, jeg er usikker på hvor den er fra,

tror kanskje den er Magnolia?

Hvis dere ser litt etter her, så ser dere at det skimrer i papiret

og kirsebærblomsten, hele kortet har fått flere solide dusjer med Glimmer Mist.

Edwin er malt med Distress Reinkere.

Jeg har brukt Diamond Stickles på rosen, litt Glimmer Glam på stilken,

og Liquid Pearl rundt motivet. Bak motivet har jeg en bit osteklut fra Hobbykroken,

og jeg har brukt Spellbinders i Big Shot-en min.

Sånn ser kortet ut når man åpner det helt.

Jeg har brukt papirer fra Magnolia og Maja Design.

Kantene er svertet med Valnut Stain.

Øverst har jeg brukt kantpuncher fra Martha Stewart.

Her er et lite skrivefelt på "baksiden",
og et større skrivefelt på den andre siden.

I går hadde jeg bursdag, og feiringen bestod av å scrappe.

Omsider fikk jeg lysten over meg samtidig som jeg hadde mulighet,

så jeg satte sammen et overlasset jentete Magnolia-kort,

med masse nytt stæsj jeg har fått meg.

Jeg har fulgt en skisse, men jeg pyntet så entusiastisk at det kanskje

er litt vanskelig å se. ;)

Jeg har brukt et Magnolia-ark med hjerter over hele,
på alle sider av kortet. På forsiden brukte jeg to biter fra restekurven,
et fra Magnolia og et fra Maja Design.
Kantene er svertet med Valnut Stain.

Nøkkelen er fra Tim Holtz, den fikk jeg i julegave hos min kjære venn Bonnie.

Fra henne fikk jeg også noen utstansede spiraler som jeg har laget blomster

av her. Syns de ble søte. :) Her ser dere også en tag stanset ut i bølgepapp,

den er også fra Magnolia, og den fikk jeg på julaften i kalenderen min fra søte Eva Marie.

Pompomsene fikk jeg også hos henne, og en del av blomstene jeg har brukt,
pluss det herlige tekststemplet fra Magnolia.

Jeg har brukt et par Prima-blomster også, de vant jeg i en flott candy fra snille flinke Elaine.

Blonden under det rosa båndet, og det rosa båndet jeg har i tagen, vant jeg også hos henne.

Generelt er vel blomstene fra Wild Orchid Crafts.

Denne søte heiagjeng-Tildaen fikk jeg også i kalenderen min.

Sommerfuglen er stanset ut med Martha Stewart-punch,

og dekket med et tykt lag glitter fra Loopy Lou.

Perleradene jeg har brukt på kortet kjøpte jeg på en nettbutikk

med et gavekort jeg vant i en utfordring.

Hun er malt med Distress Reinkere,

og jeg har brukt litt Star Dust Stickles, og Liquid Pearl.

Begge de lekre nålene, og den søte alve-pebblesen, fikk jeg hos Bonnie

tidligere i høst, og swirl-diesen var i julegaven min fra henne.

Den er jo selvsagt fra Magnolia.

Jeg har brukt seem binding ribbon fra WOC,

og de er, som hele kortet, sprayet med masse Glimmer mist.

Perlebradsene er fra Papirloftet.

Jeg har også brukt litt osteklut under motivet,

en kakeserviett i to av hjørnene,

rosa halvperler fra WOC, og små utstansede MS-sommerfugler.

Jeg har også brukt en MS-kantpuncher.

For a funeral

I morgen skal jeg i begravelse til en gutt, eller rettere sagt; Ung mann,
som jeg gikk på ungdomskolen sammen med. Han døde på lillejulaften,
av kreft i magen. Jeg har ikke hatt kontakt med ham siden skolen,
og vi var aldri direkte venner, men han var et ubestridt positivt tilskudd til
vennegjengen, og jeg syns det er så utrolig trist at han skulle dø så ung,
han ville blitt 24 år den 7. januar i år. Tenker på dem som var hans nære.

For meg ble det jo naturlig å lage et kort.
Jeg utsatte det altså til i dag, for det er ikke akkurat det
kortet man gleder seg til å lage,
og jeg var veldig usikker på hvordan jeg skulle gå frem,
hvordan det skulle se ut, hva som skulle stå.
Jeg endte altså opp med dette,
og ble ganske fornøyd.

Jeg har brukt blomster fra WOC, og noen jeg har fått i kalenderen min.
Magnolia-tagen fikk jeg på julaften i kalenderen min,
deilig å ha kalender.
Jeg har brukt fjær fra Panduro, osteklut fra Hobbykroken,
Båndet vant jeg i en candy fra Elanie,
og jeg har brukt flere dies som jeg fikk fra min kjære venn Bonnie
i en nydelig julegave hun sendte meg. Tusen takk, snuppa.
Ellers er der litt bølgepapp, en englevinge-charm fra Kutt Ut,
litt hyssing og pyntenåler fra WOC.
