I am your angel

Oh my God, can anyone tell me where summer has gone?
It feels like winter, or maybe fall at least.
Its so windy the whole house is shaking,
and the rain is poring down so hard!
I`m sick of sitting inside,
so this is just a quick post before me and Sofie dare ourselves to
go outside and play a bit.

This is my third Christmas card for the month of July.
Its also the last of my vintage Christmas images,
I need to get some more of those to.
Just three more days until I get to crap shop a bit!

The paper if from Pion and a leftover strip of paper from Magnolia.
I used my Martha Stewart punchers for the edge and snowflakes.
I also used seem binding ribbon and pearls from WOC,
a doily, some branches and a feather, a table decoration-flower thingie,
and Diamond Stickles.

This is my third card to Hjertebodens Juleblogg.
I also join these challenges:

White Christmas

I just quickly want to show you another Christmas card.
I am getting ready to drive a couple of hours to end up with my old
friends for a party. These are people I knew when I was 13-15,
and most of them I have not seen since then,
just talked to on facebook etc.
I am so looking forward to seeing them all,
its going to be so much fun!

To make this card I used paper from Poppydesign,
Flowers, doily and lace fom Wild Orchid Crafts,
my Martha Stewart Snowflake Punch,
Icicle Stickles, and seem binding ribbons.
I also used some pearls, and a little cheese cloth.
The card is a shaker card with MS glitter inside.
The sentiment is from Papirloftet.

This is my second card to hjerteboden.
I also join theese challenges:

Vintage Utfordring - Anything Goes

Wedding Tag

I have been at my scrap desc quite a lot this week,
and here is one of the results. It is a wedding tag,
the ribbons can be used to hang the tag over something.

I used the gorgeous papers from Maja Design.
The two tags are from Magnolia.
The flower and seem binding ribbon is from
Wild Orchid Crafts.
And jeeey, I found a little piece of cheese cloth!
I have missed it so much!

The image is from Magnolia, and as far as I know;
so is the sentiment.
I have colored the image with Distress Reinkers.

The pink ribbon is from Ribbon Girl. I used some dies,
Star Dust Stickles, pearl string
and a brad from Panduro.

I enter my card into these challenges:

Christmas in July

The first Christmas creation of the year!
I just have to say, I think cards like this are SO hard to make!
I dont know why, I think I have a bit of trouble with Christmas cards
in general. I`m not comfortable with red, and its just difficult.
But on the other hand I do believe I am going to make a bit of "boring"
cards like this (not that I think seing other people post these cards are boring,
but I do find them a bit boring to make), because I think this is something I could
sell at the market before Christmas. So just now I had an idea
that I could make magnets for Christmas with my Magnolias etc,
so I could use them more.

I used papers from Poppydesign, doilyes, flowers from WOC and Kort og Godt,
pearls, brads, snowflakes from my Martha Stewart puncher, and some berries I cant seem
to remember where I got. The sentiment is in norwegian, about friendship.
I used Diamont Stickles on the snowflakes.
This is the first of the three cards I plan to send to Hjertebodens Juleblogg.
I also join Totally Gorjuss at their Christmas Challenge.

Tinker Tilda

This adorable Tilda is a new favorite of mine.
She is so adorable! The only thing I dont like about her is that her hair
is so terrible hard to color!

This card is for my daughters friend from kindergarten,
she lives next door and turned 6 today, so she is starting
school this fall. We are going over there in an hour or so,
for an outdoors birthday party.

The papers I used are Magnolia and Inkido.
I used my Martha Stewart puncher, and it BROKE today!
One of the little pins just fell out, so I had to overlap the punching a bit
not to get missing holes in the pattern. I also used a bit of lace, and a doily.

This cute image from Magnolia I just had to paint green,
she reminded me so much of Tinkerbell.
Now I regret doing her bow in pink, it totally should have been green
too. Oh well, whats done is done, and all that.
I used Icicle and Liquid Pearl.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, Prima,
Storyteller and Kort og Godt.
I used some pins too.

The letters is from American Crafts,
I dabbed some acrylic paint on, and used Icicle Stickles
on them and Tildas wings.

I used some bling from Prima.

Challenges:
Cutie Pie - Glitter and bling
Nordsalten Hobbyklubb - Barn

Happily ever after

Here is the other card I made the other day,
its that wedding time of year.

I have this sentiment stamp that says (in norwegian) "and then they lived
happily ever after", but I didnt like the front of the letters,
so I made my own verson by cutting out the word happily and
using thickers instead. I covered the letters with acrylic paint,
and a looot of glitter.
The papers I used are from Pion, I think?

The base of the heart is a heart doily.
I used a lot of flowers, some from Wild Orchid Crafts, some from
Kort og Godt, some I have no idea.
I used my Martha Stewart  butterfly punch,
and my heart lace-punch.

As you can see I used the hearts that came out of the puncher
to embellish a bit more. I also used pearls and liquid pearls,
and corner dies from QC.

A gift from the heart

Wow, a vintage card!
Or maybe Shabby?

I made some card to sell at the store,
I think people like the vintage looking cards more,
and after all, if they think Tilda is too childish,
I need to offer them something else.
I rarely make cards with vintage images.
I got some of these gorgeous images from Pretty Vintage
when I was a part of another design team,
but I keep saving them because they are so pretty,
and also I have so many great stamps I want to use!
But scrapping with vintage images is fun too,
and it goes so fast when you don't have to color an image.

I used all papers from Maja Design,
an piece of Bingo-board, a doily, and a tag from a dress.
You can also see a few small bits of magic mesh.

The flat flowers are Prima (I want more of those!!),
and the others are from Wild Orchid Crafts.
The brads are from Papirloftet.

I used a butterfly charm, lace, pearls and pins from WOC, and a Prima flower.
I used my edge puncher and butterfly puncher, both from Martha Stewart.
The sentiment I think is from Magnolia.

Summer time *CLP Challenge*

Its a new month already,
and that means a new sketch at CLP Challenge!
This is my take on the sketch.

This card is a birthday card for my father.

I used papers from Pion, such lovely patterns.

At this moment I just cant remember where the image is from.
I think I won it in a challenge, and I`m pretty sure its a norwegian design.
He is colored with Distress Reinkers.
I used little clasp-thingie from Tim Holtz.

I used roses from Wild Orchid Craft,
the spiral flowers are from Kort og Godt,
and some cute berries. Just love berries like this,
should have some in all colors.
The green flowers are from Petaloo.

I used some doilies, a tag, some seem binding ribbon, string,
and peals and lace from WOC.
