Clean and Simple

Today I just want to show you a clean and simple card that
I made for a confirmation we where in last weekend.
Very simple indeed, but I kind of like it.
Wish I could have inspiration to do this kind of
cards more often.

I have also been working on a lot of other cards,
in spite of the fantastic summer weather we are having.
I have actually been sitting outside reading for my exsams in my bikini.
And oh, by the way, now I officialy have a bachelor degree in education!
So proud of myself. ^^ Only one year to go!
So in between sunbathing I have made Christmas cards,
and some other cards you will se later. The Christmas ones you
can't see for several months, and I have a special reason for that. ;)

This card was made from left over papers, I think they are from
Safrass Lass and Bo Bunny. The ribbon are from Ribbon Girl,
and the dragonfly is from Wild Orchid Crafts, I believe.

Challenges:
Creative Inspirations - Anything Goes
Deep Ocean Challenges - Ribbons or laces

Your 3rd Birthday!

This card was made for my daughters second cousins third birthday party
 that was yesterday.
We had a wonderful time, and it was the most amazing weather.
The last two days have been just like the best days we get during summer,
I am actually burned, and I Love It!

For this card I have used papers from Magnolia and Maja Design.
I also used a doily die, got it from a friend so I dont know who made it.

The Image is from Lili Of the Valley,
and I Volored her with Distress Reinkers.
I have used Vitcorian Velvet and I think the yellow is Mustard Seed.
Black Soot for her shows, and Wethered Wood for shading.
The kake is Vintage Photo, and Broken China for the plate.
Her hair is Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain, and her skin
is a mixture of Tattered Rose and Vintage Photo, with Victorian Velvet
for blush.

I used a lot of Star Dust Stickles, Liquid Pearls, and Chalkboard
Glimmer mist. I lay it on so heavy that it sometimes blend the colors a bit,
it happened here, you can se it by the cake. Still, I love it so much!
You cas see the mist a bit too in t his photo.

So I was completely out of "white" Bazzil! Crisis!
As I was ordering more I endulged a little bit,
among a few other things I got these cute Magnolia Fan Dies.
I put them om Twine from Wild Orchid Crafts, and but a number 3
on each, that I dabbed with paint and put Stickles on.

I also used flowers from WOC, and lots of pearls.

Challenges:
Kort O Mania - Bingo (øverst vannrett, hvis dere godtar stickles osv som bling)
Nordsalten Hobbyklubb - Selvlaget pynt (banner med dekorasjoner)

Under the Sea Tilda *CLP*

First, thank you all for thinking about Sofie.
She had a bad case of Chicken Pox,
her face was covered and they where in her mouth and everywhere,
is was horrible for a week, but she is well now, and the blisters are still healing.

May is here, and it is beginning to look like spring,
but we still get a few showers of snow that doesn`t stick.
Cant wait for summer! From now and until the middle of June I have
bachelor and exams. And when that is over,
I have to start packing, because we have bought ourselves a house!
So July will be spent painting, but also preparing a bit for our December wedding.

Today I want to show you a card that I am sending over the Atlantic,
to the most beautiful little girl with progeria.
I follow her page on Facebook, and she is so sweet,
and her posts always make me smile,
and she seems like a girlie girl, so I wanted so send her a greeting
with a lot of flowers and stuff.

I have used papers from Maja Design, Magnolia paper and Magnolia
pacaging paper. I also used a heart doily and some cloth.
This is my card for the May Sketch at CLP,
love this sketch. :) Come join us!

Mermaid Tilda is colored with Distress Reinkers,
and I used Liquid Pearl around her and Star Dust Stickles on
the bubbles. The entire card is covered with a HEAVY layer of
Chalkboard Glimmer Mist.

I made a bow from jute mesh from Ribbon Girl, and added
a button and berries also from RG.
The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and Kort og Godt,
and I used a swirl die and some beads that once was on
one of Sofies jewelery, it broke the first day. :p

I have here a bottle from Panduro, inside it is a mixture of
Star Dust Stickle, glitter and beads.
I have used my Snow Wrighter to create some texture.

I hace used lace, ribbon and pompoms, all from Ribbon Girl.
I also used pearl string all around the card.
The pearl charmes are from Tim Holts,
and are tied to twine, to create something like a banner?
